Recipe Ingredients for Unstuffed Peppers

1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 serving spaghetti sauce, francesco rinaldi
1/2 cup Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Unstuffed Peppers

In a 12-inch skillet, brown 1 lb. ground beef. Stir in 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 2 large green or red bell peppers, coarsely chopped, 1 and 1/4 cups water, and 1 cup instant rice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, covered, 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
