Recipe Ingredients for Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole

29 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
1 lb Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat
1 cup instant brown rice
1 lb cabbage, shredded (use 1 bag dole classic cole slaw {i92303})
1 small onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole

  1. brown onion and meat in pam spayed pan

  2. combine undrained tomatoes and rice to meat mixture

  3. place in pam sprayed casserole dish

  4. top with coleslaw

  5. cover with foil

  6. bake at 350 for 1.5 hours or longer until cabbage is soft

  7. add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper to taste
