Recipe Ingredients for unseasoned meatloaf

1 1/4 lbs. 90% lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/2 chopped yellow pepper
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for unseasoned meatloaf

mix all ingredients thoroughly, place in a cooking bag and cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
