My friend grandma made this when I visited her in Cyprus.

Recipe Ingredients for Unknown

1 cup Navy Beans
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
1 medium Tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 oz. Tuna
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 Salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Unknown

boil beans allow to cool. Chop parsley, tomato, cucumber put on top of beans. Top with tuna then drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
