Easy to make chicken tenders, breaded but baked and not fried! Goes great with baked potatoes thinly sliced, seasoned, and baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Unfried Chicken Tenders

1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 lb. chicken tenders
3/4 cup cornflakes

Recipe Directions for Unfried Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Whisk together the mayo, mustard, lemon zest, salt, and hot sauce in a bowl. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat.

  3. Place the cornflake crumbs in a ziplock bag. Add the chicken tenders and shake to coat.

  4. Put the chicken tenders in the baking pan. Spray the top of the chicken lightly with nonstick spray. Bake until golden brown and cooked through.
