Unfried chicken from the Deen Brothers.

Recipe Ingredients for Unfried Chicken

4 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
1 oz Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.06 tsp Pepper, Black
0.06 tsp Garlic Powder
0.33 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
2 Teaspoon Juice
1 large Egg, Whole
3 cup Corn Flakes

Recipe Directions for Unfried Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and pour over chicken. Let marinate, if time.

  2. Take each thigh and dip in crushed corn flakes.

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
