These are surprising yummy. Try baking them for less oil and lower cals

Recipe Ingredients for Unfish Cakes

1 lb tofu
3 cups potato (4 medium baked)
1/2 cup panko
1/8 cup cannola oil
1 cup onion
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Dulse Flakes
1/2 tsp bay seasoning
1/4 cup cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Unfish Cakes

  1. Press tofu

  2. Bake the potatoes or microwave bake. Remove the skins and loosely mash leaving some lumpyness for texture

  3. Grate the tofu gently on the largest grater blade

  4. dice the onion in large pieces and microwave until tender

  5. Mix with remaining ingredients except Panko bread crumbs and oil.

  6. Form 8 cakes.

  7. Roll in bread crumbs and chill for 20 minutes.

  8. Bake in 375' oven on greased sheet for 20 minutes

  9. Flip and bake for 15 minutes more
