Recipe Ingredients for Unfish Cakes Baked

1 lb tofu
3 cups potato (4 medium baked)
1/2 cup panko
1 cup onion
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Dulse Flakes
1/2 tsp bay seasoning
1/4 cup cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Unfish Cakes Baked

  1. Preheat oven 450'

  2. Press the tofu

  3. Bake the potato in the oven or microwave. Skin and loosely mash

  4. Chop the onion in large 3/4" slices and saute

  5. Mix the remianing ingredients loosely together.

  6. Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to form portions into patties and roll in panko crumbs

  7. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with spray oil and cook pattie in oven 20 minutes per side

  8. Serve with ketchup and tartar sauce
