Recipe Ingredients for Undressed Skeleton Veggie Pizza

6 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
0.33 cup Organics Pizza Sauce
2 cup Fat Free Cheese
3 cup Spinach
6 tbsp Egg Whites
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup chopped Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Undressed Skeleton Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Microwave Cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl for 4 minutes. Add to mixer and mix for 4 minutes on medium.

  3. Chop Spinach and add to mixer with cauliflower.

  4. Add egg whites, garlic and 1 cup of cheese to mixer.

  5. Keep mixing on medium until a foamy texture appears.

  6. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet with a spatula and flatten it out until there are no holes.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes.

  8. Add 1 cup of cheese, bell peppers, sauce and onions on top of crust cook for another 10- 13 minutes until crust is lightly brown and toppings are cooked.

  9. Cut into 6 even squares.
