2 oz pork
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Under 300 Sweet and Sour Pork

cub pork, sprinkle with ginger, bread with corn starch, spray fry pan with PAM, fry pork until crisp, add chopped green pepper and cook till tender, mix vinegar plum sauce and water, pour over pork and cook to desired thickness, serve with rice
