Recipe Ingredients for Under 300 Bangers and Mash

30 g (30g) italian sausage
1 cup diced yam
1 tsp Becel Light Margarine
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Under 300 Bangers and Mash

boil sausage in fry pan until cooked, drain water, spray pan with PAM and brown, brush very lightly with low fat BBQ sauce, in the mean time boil yams until tender, mash with margine and nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
