Recipe Ingredients for Uncle Ben's Maple Apple Pork Tenderloin

2 lb. pork tenderloin cut into four pieces
1 granny smith apple, diced
2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Uncle Ben's Maple Apple Pork Tenderloin

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.

  2. Bake or grill pork tenderloin.

  3. In a small saucepan, spray non-stick pan cooking spray and add diced apple. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add walnuts and maple syrup, and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand until pork is done. Coat pork with mixture and serve with rice.
