Like mocha? Try these brownies without splurging! Definately not store bought or you typical high cal from a box, but only 20 cals and almost no fat. Awesome.

Recipe Ingredients for Ultra-low cal mocha brownies

1/3 cup bran flakes
1/4 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp decaf instant coffee
3 tbsp egg beaters egg whites
4 servings sun crystals
3 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp molasses

Recipe Directions for Ultra-low cal mocha brownies

  1. Crush bran flakes with spoon until small.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients slowly.

  4. Pour into a pan sprayed lightly with oil.

  5. Cook for 10 mins on 350.
