6 cups broccoli
1 1/2 cups firm tofu
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
3 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Ultra-garlicky cumin broccoli salad with tofu

  1. steam broccoli.

  2. heat olive oil; add garlic and cumin- cook about 1 min. stir in salt and red pepper. pour over broccoli and cubed tofu. let sit at least 1 hour and up to 48hrs.
