Recipe Ingredients for Ultimate Soup

2 cups Tomato (243 g) juice
1 oz FAGE Total 2%
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup cooked kidney beans
4 oz lean ground beef
4 cups raw Kale
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Ultimate Soup

Precook the ground beef and barley. Get a large pot, saute the onions and garlic, add all other ingredients. Simmer until kale is tender. Process through a blender if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
