Recipe Ingredients for Ultimate Salad

50 grams Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
50 grams Spinach
160 grams Cucumber, Peeled
200 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
100 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
20 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
60 grams Celery
5 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
40 grams Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
20 grams Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Ultimate Salad

Chop all the veg up nice and small. Now mix mustard, vinegar, finely chopped sundried tomatoes and hummus to make a dressing. toss with sesame seeds and pine nuts. bloody delicious.
