Simple and delicious salad that holds up well. Perfect for making at the beginning of the week and using for dinner every night! Number of servings will vary on personal consumption, but this makes over a gallon-size baggie of salad, so there's plenty!

Recipe Ingredients for Ultimate Salad Mix

1 head iceberg lettuce
5 cups kale
3 cups mustard greens
1/6 head cabbage
1/3 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
1/3 red bell pepper
4 mushrooms
1 carrot
2/3 cups broccoli
4 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for Ultimate Salad Mix

  1. Chop iceberg head one direction, then turn, and chop into pieces. Place in large bowl. Repeat with cabbage.

  2. De-stem the kale, then chop. Do the same for the mustard.

  3. Chop to your heart's content! Combine everything in a large bowl, toss, and serve!

  4. Store leftovers in a gallon-size ziplock bag.

  5. Use within one week.
