Recipe Ingredients for ultimate home made pizza

4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
13 leaves Basil, Fresh
4 oz Cheese
8 serving fresh buffalo mozarella
3.53 oz Proscuitto Principe

Recipe Directions for ultimate home made pizza

  1. mix together yeast with warm water, sugar and oil. stir well.

  2. add flour a 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. knead until smooth. place dough in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. wrap in a towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

  3. cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. knead dough briefly and shape into a crust covering the bottom of the pan,

  4. drain tomatoes and break them up by hand, scattering over the crust.

  5. top with sliced mozarella, shredded basil, diced proscuitto and crumbled gorgonzola.

  6. bake in 400 degree overn for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden and crust is golden brown.

  7. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
