Easy-peasy. Taste a bit like Almond Rocha.

Recipe Ingredients for Ultimate Bar Cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chips (pref. milk chocolate)
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Ultimate Bar Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Beat flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup butter until fine crumbs form. Press mixture into bottom of an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle with walnuts, macadamia nuts, white chocolate and milk chocolate chips. Cool in pan on wire rack.

  3. In a saucepan, heat and stir the 3/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Pour over layers in baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars (may be easier to cut if refrigerated for 30 minutes or so).
