I yummy combo of bananas, cranberries and nuts to tickle your tastebuds. Made with rice flour so even the celeiacs amoung us can enjoy.

Recipe Ingredients for Ultimate Banana Bread

1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Ultimate Banana Bread

  1. Mash the bananas and cream with the sugar and egg.

  2. Mix in the flour slowly til combined. Add the salt, vanilla, baking soda, and butter.

  3. Cut the walnuts and cranberries into the dough until combined.

  4. Put into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1 hr or in muffin tins for 30 min.
