Breakfast Casserole with turkey sausage

Recipe Ingredients for Ulanda's Breakfast Casserole

12 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
2 lb turkey sausage
1 onion diced
3 cups sliced mushroom
2 cups stewed tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Ulanda's Breakfast Casserole

  1. Pour in dish and put in oven to set for about 10mins or so

  2. Brown sausage, onions, mushrooms

  3. Take the egg mixture out of oven, top with tomatoes, then the sausage mixture, top with cheese

  4. Cook at 350 for about 30 mins or until done. Test middle

  5. I cooked until it was not jiggly:)
