I almost always use romaine lettuce but the other ingredients can vary in type, just make up a quart bowl full of veggies. Use UkuMama's Salad Dressing!

Recipe Ingredients for Ukumama's Quart of Salad

3 cups romaine lettuce
1/3 cup raw tomato
1/2 cup cucumber
1/8 artichoke (hearts)
1/4 cup raw broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup raw carrot, grated
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
