Recipe Ingredients for Ugali

0.5 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Unenriched, White
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Ugali

  1. Let water boil

  2. add in the corn meal and stirring it in little by little till a dough of heavy consistency is formed

  3. leave on low heat for about ten minutes constantly taking the time to stir the dough.

  4. Serve hot with a meat or eggs
