Recipe Ingredients for Udon Noodle Soup

2 cups water
200 g Udon
1 sheet nori
1 (85g) StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna
1 tbsp ruby's chilli
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Udon Noodle Soup

  1. Heat the water, noodles, mushrooms, nori and miso in microwave until hot

  2. Add tuna from can to cente of bowl

  3. Add Chilli to top of tuna

  4. Pour lemon juice over tuna

  5. Pour souy sauce around tuna
