Light and creamy cucumber and dill dressing. Great as a dip or on sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Tzitziki

1/4 cucumber
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dill
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Tzitziki

  1. Put yogurt and mayo in medium size bowl and mix until fully blended. Add lemon juice, dill and garlic, stir well.

  2. Slice thinly or grate cucumber. Add cucumber and juice from cucumber to bowl, stir.

  3. This recipe is best after refrigerating over night. the flavors will come out as it sits but it's still great if you want to eat it right away.
