Cucumber and yogurt from Greece -- serve with pita bread

Recipe Ingredients for Tzaziki

2 cups cucumber, grated
7 ounces Greek yogurt
2 tbsp dill, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced (or pressed)

Recipe Directions for Tzaziki

  1. Drain grated cucumber in fine sieve

  2. Combine all ingredients, refrigerate at least a couple of hours

  3. Serve with pita bread or pita chips. Also makes a nice accompaniment to Greek foods like grilled lamb or chicken.
