Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziqui

2 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
2 clove Garlic
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
1/2 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 oz Mint
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Tzatziqui

  1. Using a wisk, mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper.

  2. Combine yogurt and sour cream and then add the olive oil mixture.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Add cucumber finely chopped (or shredded) and the mint also finely chopped.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then enjoy!
