Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
4 clove garlic
2 cloves roasted garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup lite sour cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
4 tsp agave syrup

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

  1. Drain yogurt overnight in colander and cheesecloth (or coffee filter)

  2. Chop up cucumber in processor and drain with layers of paper towels

  3. Put the rest in empty food processor and mix
