Delicious with fresh french bread, or as a spread for sandwiches! Pretty much delicious on everything.

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
12 oz Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki Sauce

  1. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  2. Add yogurt, dill, olive oil, and chopped cucumber to a bowl and mix.

  3. Transfer contents of bowl into a food processor and blend until smooth.

  4. Place in the fridge for 1-3 hours prior to serving.

  5. Garlic (3-4 cloves) can be chopped and added to the processing step if you're a garlic fan!
