Creamy, cool & refreashing. Good with meat dishes, as a dip for veggies, chips, crackers, as a replacement for mayo or whatever! Can use fresh mint for a change.

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce Recipe - Greek Yogurt and Cucumber Sauce

2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
2 cup FAGE Total 0%
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki Sauce Recipe - Greek Yogurt and Cucumber Sauce

Drain the yogurt about 2hrs. Seed and chop the cucumber, salt to draw off the additional liquid about 1hr. Rinse & pat dry in a paper towel. Chop or crush garlic. Place cucumber, garlic, lemon juice & peper in food processer, blend untill finely chopped add yogurt & stir untill well blended, salt to taste, refrigate 2 hrs before searving. Will keep several days. Drain excess liquid and stire before searving.
