Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki

1 cucumber
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon garlic
3 cups plain yogurt, non-fat

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki

Peel, grate cucumber into bowl. Salt with 1/2 teaspoon salt and drain liquid. Yogurt should be drained to reduce to 2 cups. Mix all ingredients to make a smooth creamy dip.
