Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki

8 oz. greek yogurt, fat free
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cucumber, grated
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper, white

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki

  1. Stir together yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice until oil and juice is mixed well with yogurt.

  2. Peel garlic cloves, mince and add to yogurt mixture.

  3. Grate the cucumber and add to yogurt mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve kold on a small plate garnished with a cherry tomato, with a whole wheat pita as apetizer.
