Greek/Middle Eastern recipe. I find it makes a great item for a packed lunch, or as a dip for pita chips with friends. Serve cold. It's best made with the Greek yogurt, but I put dannon's first as it's probably easier to find, and it still tastes great.

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki

4 oz DANNON Plain Nonfat or nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup english cucumber
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tablespoon mint
1 pinch of sea salt

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki

  1. Dice the cucumber, mix with the yogurt.

  2. Finely chop the mint and stir in.

  3. Stir in the olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Add salt to taste.
