1 medium Cucumber, Peeled
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 teaspoon Juice
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight
