Low fat Tzatziki - 1 serving equals 2 oz! Serve with fresh veggies or chips or use on sandwiches instead of mayo.

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki - Low Fat

24 oz Non Fat Greek Yogurt
4 tbsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp Greek Seasoning
2 cucumbers
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki - Low Fat

  1. Peel cucumbers, cut in half and seed. Shred in food food processor and allow to drain for 2 hours or squeeze water out using cheese cloth.

  2. If yogurt is watery you need to drain the water using cheese cloth and a collander for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  4. Allow tzatziki to chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving to allow ingredients to combine.
