Healthy Yogurt Salad...best served with grilled meats

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatziki - Greek Yogurt and Cucumber Salad

2 tbsp yogurt
2 cucumbers
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 onion
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Mint
1 pinch of Chilli powder
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Tzatziki - Greek Yogurt and Cucumber Salad

  1. Grate the Cucumbers and drain excess water on a tea towel.

  2. Drain excess water from the yogurt by hanging in a muslin cloth.

  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Serve with grilled prawns or chicken.
