Cucumber garlic dip for salads and Gyros

Recipe Ingredients for Tzatsiki Sauce

1 Cucumber
1 pinch Dill
4 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pinch Pepper (to taste)
1 pinch Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon Vinegar
460 grams Yogurt (Pressed with cheese cloth)

Recipe Directions for Tzatsiki Sauce

  1. Place fat free Greek yogurt in cheese cloth and let water strain for an hour

  2. Peel and grate cucumber.

  3. PLace grated cucumber in cheese cloth and squeeze out the water.

  4. Add oil, garlic, and dill to cucumber and stir.

  5. Mix with yogurt.

  6. Salt and pepper to taste andchill for and hour.
