1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup green leaf lettuce
1 cup bibb lettuce
2 tbsp carrots
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp green pepper
1/4 cup tomato, diced
2 tbsp cucumber

Recipe Directions for typical tossed salad bowl

tear lettuce(be sure it's not too wet), chop/dice/slice veggies.... toss and add desired toppings and salad dressing
