Base for my typical work lunch. Usually pair with 1-2 tbsp low calorie dressing and a side (fruit, veg, etc). Great with other veggies (grape tomatoes, bell peppers, cooked chicken, cooked eggs, etc.).

Recipe Ingredients for Typical Lunch Salad (No dressing)

1 cup romaine, chopped
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 radish
1/2 celery stalk
1 green onion
1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Typical Lunch Salad (No dressing)

Slice radish, celery, and green onion. Combine all ingredients. Top with dressing of choice.
