What I usually have in the mornings

Recipe Ingredients for Typical breakfast

100 grams Natural Yoghurt
10 raspberries Raspberries
20 grams Blueberries
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Typical breakfast

Put 125gr of natural yoghurt in a bowl. Drizzle the surface with about 1tbsp worth of clear honey. Slice half a large banana to cover the surface, then add a few raspberries (about 7-10) and blueberries (10-15), and whatever else takes your fancy. Tadam!
