Homemade Chicken Fried Chicken (twyla)

Recipe Ingredients for Twyla's Chicken Fried Chicken

20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (approx 3 large)
1 1/2 cup Bisquick (YOU NEED 3 cups to start with, 1.5 cups is what is consumed)
1 1/2 cup Flour (YOU NEED 3 cups to start with, 1.5 cups is what is consumed)
6 Egg Whites
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 1/2 tbs Paprika
3 1/2 tbs garlic powder
2 1/2 tbs onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (to taste)
2 tbs vegetable oil (Will need more, this ingredient is used to calculate a more proper nutrition fact, due to frying)

Recipe Directions for Twyla's Chicken Fried Chicken

  1. cut each breast in half length wise to create 6 thinner breast halves.

  2. Mix paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper (to taste).

  3. Season semi-moist chicken with seasoning mix.

  4. Mix egg white with milk in large bowl

  5. Coat chicken in Bisquick. Dip coated chicken in egg/milk mixture, and immediately dredge in flour.

  6. Deep/Pan fry until cooked through.
