Sweet potatoes and regular white baking potatoes together with such good flavor you don't even need gravy.

Recipe Ingredients for Two Potato Mash

2 potatoes
1 clove garlic
1 T nonfat milk
1 T fat free mayonnaise
2 sweet potato
2 T nonfat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Two Potato Mash

  1. Place all potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil.

  2. Turn heat to medium and cook 15-20 minutes, or until potates are tender.

  3. Drain well.

  4. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Mash to desired texture, adding more milk if necessary.

  6. Serve immediately.
