Recipe Ingredients for two point almond oatmeal raisin muffins

1 cup almond meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for two point almond oatmeal raisin muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. mix dry ingredients together

  3. mix wet ingredients together

  4. add the wet to the dry ingredients

  5. put 1/2 to 2/3 cup in muffin pan

  6. can add 1 cup blueberries for a variation

  7. or put a tsp of sugar free apricot jam into each

  8. muffin

  9. bake 350 for approx 15 mins
