Recipe Ingredients for two point almond mini muffins

1 cup almond meal
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons almond milk

Recipe Directions for two point almond mini muffins

  1. mix the dry ingredient's together

  2. add eggs and cream

  3. a little of water

  4. you can add 2 tbsp pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice for a variety

  5. bake 400 degrees 18-22 mins
