A wonderfully simple take on lasagna in a creamy, cheesy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Two Cheese Twisty Lasagna Bake

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
15 oz Pasta Sauce
2.5 grams Coarse Kosher Salt
0.25 grams Pepper, Black
8 oz Medium Egg Noodles Pasta
6 oz Chive Dip
1.25 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Two Cheese Twisty Lasagna Bake

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat, add tomato sauce and simmer about ten minutes.

  2. Cook noodles al dente, drain, and set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl combine sour cream chive dip, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper thoroughly and then mix cooked noodles into sour cream mixture.

  4. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Layer half of the noodles on the bottom of dish, top with half of the meat sauce, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layering until what's left is gone.

  5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese melts.
