1/2 medium onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 pound pork tenderloin
7 1/2 ounces kidney beans
1/2 cup tomato puree
3 ounces tomato paste
1/2 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Two bean and Pork Slow Cooker Chili (WW)

  1. Combine onion, garlic, carrots, chili powder, oregano, green pepper, salt and pepper in a 5-quart (or larger) slow cooker; sitr. Add remaining ingredients; stir again.

  2. Cover and cook on High setting for 6 to 8 hours. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
