Vegetarian, Pareve, Vegan unless you add cheese or sour cream as garnish.

Recipe Ingredients for Two Bean and Bulgur Chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 med onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cups broth
1/2 cup cooked bulgur wheat
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
8 ounce tomato paste
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
15 1/2 ounce kidney beans
15 1/2 ounce black beans

Recipe Directions for Two Bean and Bulgur Chili

  1. combine first half of ingredients and saute

  2. add remaining ingredients

  3. Bring to boil

  4. simmer till bulgur cooked

  5. serve with sour cream, shredded cheese or tortilla chips
