Recipe Ingredients for Two Bean & Bulgur Chili

1 1/2 c kidney beans
1 1/2 c black beans
1/2 c carrot
3/4 c onion
1/2 c green pepper
2 c vegetable broth
1/2 c wheat
1 1/2 c tomato
2 T tomato paste
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Two Bean & Bulgur Chili

  1. saute onion, carrot, green pepper and garlic

  2. add cumin, chili and dry broth

  3. add tomatos

  4. add remaining ingredients except tomato paste

  5. bring to boil

  6. simmer till desired consistency

  7. add tomato paste

  8. reheat and serve
