vegetarian chili. serve with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream. excellent accompanied by corn bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Two Bean & Bulgur Chili

14 oz kidney beans
14 oz black beans
1/2 c carrot
3/4 c onion
1/2 c green pepper
2 c vegetable broth
1/2 c wheat
14 1/2 oz tomato
6 oz tomato paste
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Two Bean & Bulgur Chili

  1. saute the onion in 1 T oil, add carrots and capsicum and heat until bright. add spices and heat till fragant. add bulgur and heat till frangrant

  2. add broth and remaining ingredients. heat at least 20 minutes.
