Makes 12 servings



Experimental Banana bread. Eliminated sugar, added more banana and a little yogurt, and decreased oil. If its terrible- I'll delete the recipe

Recipe Ingredients for A twist on

2 1/2 cups flour
1/8 cup splenda (stevia)
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 cup mashed banana
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for A twist on

  1. Mix all ingredients in big bowl

  2. I recommend adding egg, milk, stevia or splenda, and mashed banana together, then add the rest.

  3. pour into greased bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes!
